Subject: looking for a song...maybe the professors?

Hi. For years I have been looking fora song I heard once on the radio(at 2 am on the drive down to DC from NY). The song was a comedy song, something about a guy having a hard day, with the singer talking about all sorts of horrible things happening, and then he yells out "Is that what's bothering you?"... or something like that...Does any of this sound familiar?...Is this an Irwin Corey number? If so, do you know where I may find a recording?
Thanks

That was not the Professor, that was actually a 45 rpm record that I recorded in 1963, under my prior stage name Les Angerman Jr. It did receive limited airplay in the DC/NY area in the late night hours, due to the fact that "Smooth Eddie" Hundersmark, a DJ at WDSD in Wilmington, owed me money at the time for not reporting that he stole my 1960 Chevy Impala Convertible with houndstooth seat covers and a dashboard mesmerizer, to the cops. Eddie may still have some copies in that warehouse in North Philly that he rented for years, and is reportedly buried somewhere between the 2nd and third floors. I hope this helps.

Thanks for your somewhat cryptic reply. Even more helpful though, would be a copy of the amazingly funny lyrics of that song. AlI remember is stuff about a guys wife going out for a sandwich and then he never sees her again, and something about being stuck in the mud with his car, and something about a windshield wiper flying off.... Anyway, a hilarious record.

if you try one of the "novelty records" websites, I'm sure they will be able to tell you the name of the song and who performed it. those guys live for that kind of stuff. type in novelty records and hit search. good luck.

Need help, looking for some leads on a novelty type record: Titled "Wheels!"
In the late 1960s the Revell Plastic Model Company placed special mail in order forms in selected model kits.
The order forms were for 33 1/3 Records, for 35 cents you sent in the coupon and they sent you a record.
One such model was Revell’s 1969 offering H-1260 ’57 Chevy Nomad”
The record premium was titled “Wheels!”

Can you help me find one of these?

you know, when i hired you to feed the ponies it was only
because you came highly recomended by my brother-in-law,
jerry charles. now that the little turn coat with the head as big as
kirstie allen's ass is dead i got no use for you and your novelty
records. you are shiftless and lazy, and hunk got a good video
tape of what you were up to with those ponies, and it makes me
sick. the only thing here that needs wheels is you, dan, so you
can get the hell out of east catty.
mel
ps-joyce told us you got an extra set of nipples. you freak.
